Blogger Didn't let me upload this one... Damn him! My approach on the topic "Día de Muertos" (Day of the Dead) for a Twitter activity that some mexican designers and illustrators do weekly called TwitterShowcase. The quote is from a Spanish Writer called Enrique Jardiel Poncela.

Shaman Creature for ChiuStream

Another one for ChiuStreams, this one's topic was "Shaman Creature", a creature that can cast or use magic or something like that was the description. This one was made in 45-50 minutes.

Otro más para el ChiuStream, el tema de este fue "Shaman Creature", una criatura que pueda invocar o usar mágia, o algo así fue la descripción. Esta si fue hecha entre 45 y 50 minutos.

Corrijo mi entrada anterior: Hecha en 25 o 30 minutos aproximadamente con el tema "Shark Creature" para el Chiustream de Bobby Chiu, pronto subiré las otras dos.

Originalmente intenté realizarla con técnica de pintura digital, para practicar, pues no es mi técnica principal, pero pasado un rato, seamos sinceros, me acobarde de mi velocidad en pintura digital y decidí utilizar mi aproximación original como boceto para la versión vectorial

Originally I intended to make this one as a digital painting, 'cause I lack skills in that, but after some minutes of the Stream I chickened out and changed to the media that I can handle better with more achived results: vectors
